Who Can be with God Now & Forever?

Qualities I need to be with God now & forever:

1. Walks blamelessly

Psalm 15:2a: He who walks blamelessly…

2. Does what is right

Psalm 15:2b: …and does what is right…
James 2:17: So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.

3. Speaks truth in your heart

Psalm 15:2c: …and speaks truth in his heart;

4. Does not slander

Psalm 15:3a: who does not slander with his tongue…

5. Does no evil to their neighbor

Psalm 15:3b: …and does no evil to his neighbor…

6. Loyal Friend

Psalm 15:3c: …nor takes up a reproach against his friend
Proverbs 27:5-6: Better is open rebuke than hidden love. Faithful are the wounds of a friend; profuse are the kisses of an enemy.

7. Love what God loves & Hate what God hates

Psalm 15:4a-b: in whose eyes a vile person is despised, but who honors those who fear the Lord;

8. Keep your word

Psalm 15:4c: who swears to his own hurt and does not change
Matthew 5:37: Let what you say be simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything more than this comes from evil.

9. Generous

Psalm 15:5a: who does not put out his money at interest…

10. Can’t be bought

Psalm 15:5b: …and does not take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things shall never be moved
